FMS will begin a very comprehensive implementation plan that lasts approximately 30 days to ensure all requirements are to the exact specifications of the contract. All costs of implementation shall be the sole burden of FMS.
FMS has successfully implemented numerous customers nationwide. Dedicated support staff and programmers will make the transition to FMS trouble-free.
FMS has the capacity to process any client specific files for new business, payment or other account demographic detail. FMS’ diverse client base has provided experience and expertise to meet any client need and/or suggest efficiencies to the process.
FMS employs a dedicated staff of IT personnel; an analyst is available at all times to ensure system changes and enhancements are completed within requested time frames.
